By proper home care, I mean treating yourself to a weekly facial by turning your bathroom into a spa! It is even easier done than said – here are the steps to a DIY facial for radiant skin between appointments. TOOLS OF THE TRADE: • An at-home peel
- Whip up a moisturizing facial scrub without leaving home by combining a spoonful of brown sugar and enough olive oil to make a paste.

• A mask appropriate to your skin type

Technically known as phytonadione, vitamin K is a fat-soluble vitamin that plays an integral role in how the liver modifies proteins. 1. Begin by applying a shimmery mocha shadow from the lash line to the crease of the eyelid.
2. Contour from the outer to the middle of the eyelids with a charcoal shadow drawn in a side-ways “v” shape. Using a small, flat eyeshadow brush, start the bottom of the “v” at the outer corner of each eye and extend the top of the “v” slightly above the crease.
3. Blend the darker shadow where it meets the lighter shadow.
4. For extra oomph, line the upper lash line with black liquid eyeliner, extending the line slightly past the outer corners of each eye.
5. Complete your seductive eye effect by curling lashes and adding two coats of thickening mascara to top and bottom lashes.
